| Very nice hotel...you have to pay a bit extra to get anything decent in India so it's worth paying a few 1000 rupees more not to get a flea pit! |

| We had planned a family trip to Agra with another family. Once we reached the hotel after trip to the Taj, the hotel was like a sanctuary from the chaos outside called Agra. The staff was personable and went out of their to make our trip memorable and customize to all our requests. We GM of the Hotel was personally constantly checking in with guests and ensuring everyone was taken care of. We used the Spa for massages and facials, and found the services world class. The Auyervedic themed condiments at night time taught us about new health habits that we will continue post our stay. The hotel even organized a Bespoke dinner for us outdoors in the lawn with 200+ candles and outdoor grill!! Great place for kids and families. We had such a nice time we extended our stay and stayed an extra day! |

| A very luxirious hotel...well worth a visit or a stay in looking for accomodation in Agra. Staff were attentive and although surrouding neighbourhood is rough, you would not realise this once you are on the hotel grounds. |

| The best service I have encountered in a very long time. This hotel was like being in paradise - after 3 weeks of travelling around India. Would definitely recommend it. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon with only 3 hours to see the Taj Mahal. It is closed on Friday so it was then or never. This hotel organised a driver a guide took us there, waited, no hassle, very reasonably priced too. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Also, views of Taj Mahal from a viewing point in the hotel. Didn't want to leave..... |

| This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in India.. The decor was grand. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. The kid's playground and golf area added a unique touch for family travel.

| Evreything in the hotel is excellent. Check in took over 15 minutes as there's was only one staff member to man the desk, answer the phones. The only other thing I didn't like was the food and beverage. The breakfast is served in a big hall which gives you the feeling of a canteen and the selection is nowhere close to luxury. The buffet doesn't do justice to the hotel. No cappuccinno, fresh juice was warm, shakes were not cold, the Danish looked a ill tired and only one kind.......,things like this.
But the hotel is beautiful and is perfect if you are visiting Taj. I highly recommend it but have no expectations from their food and beverage. |

| The hotel was very nice. A little slow at the front desk any time I was there, including waiting to be acknowledged to check in.
Had problems with Internet connectivity. Staff was responsive but problem was never resolved effectively. May simply be the quality of their internet connectivity. But they shouldn't offer 4 levels of connectivity, including "Lightning fast" if even a simple video chat fails to work. No point paying 4x the cost for that service.
Overall I did enjoy the hotel and would definitely return. |
