Recent Itc Mughal Agra Review: "I loved this hotel. They had an amazing spa and very friendly staff. I felt very secure and safe. The facilitiy is amazing!! We loved walking through the garden and enjoying the view from the observation deck. It felt so luxurious. I felt the hospitality was above and beyond. I would recommend getting the breakfast buffet with your room. The food was  delicious. We ate at the restaurant Peshwari, which was wonderful. I would certainly recommend:) My only annoyance about this hotel was this one female staff member wasn't 100% sure how to address the relationship I have with my future husband, addressing him as a "friend" in front of us both. She made it uncomfortable and awkward, which prevented me from going back to the spa. My feedback would be to more aware of relationship status and sensitive to couples, especially western couples, traveling who are not yet married! Other than that one hiccup, we had a wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend this hotel to travelers. I would also recommend seeking a guide from the hotel for the Taj. The hotel has connections and can recommend someone reputable."
